The Secret Project is a heleus assignments mission. It is acquired on Eos by reading a datapad at Site 1: Promise or entering Site 2: Resilience.
Description
Site 2 - Resilience was the second attempt to settle Eos, but it was destroyed by a kett attack. Searching for clues about what the engineers were working on may yield more answers.
Site 2 engineers knew they were in desperate circumstances when the kett became aware of their attempts to settle. Engineers tried to research technology that could help them fight the kett, but didn't have time to assemble it before they were attacked. The engineers tried to hide the project's components rather than letting them fall into kett hands. Recovering the components will unlock the project.

Notes

The completed project is actually an Adapted Initiative Core Tech (AICT) device. It is present beside the project console, but inactive until all other objectives have been completed.
