The Remnant Tiller is a heleus assignments mission. It is acquired at the end of From the Dust. It may also be triggered by investigating the Remnant vault in the Crater: Santiago dome before completing that mission.
Description
The Outlaws discovered a Remnant device in a Remnant conservatory on H-047c that they believed would unlock vast quantities of helium-3 to exploit. Attain that supply for the Initiative.
