The Pistol Melee Optimizer VIII can be found randomly in packs that contain Common mods or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Common) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Pistol Melee Optimizer VIII requires having the Pistol Melee Optimizer VII.
