The Pistol Heavy Magazine VIII can only be randomly found in Technical Mods Packs or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Pistol Heavy Magazine VIII requires having the Pistol Heavy Magazine VII.
