The Pistol Heavy Magazine V can only be randomly found in Technical Mods Packs or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Pistol Heavy Magazine V requires having the Pistol Heavy Magazine IV.
