The Pistol Heavy Magazine IX can only be randomly found in Technical Mods Packs or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Pistol Heavy Magazine IX requires having the Pistol Heavy Magazine VIII.
