After a failed attack on Prodromos, the situation with the Roekaar and their leader, Akksul, has escalated. Jaal worries about future relations between his people and the Milky Way Species as more angara join the xenophobic cause.

There is a narrative action prompt to allow Ryder to kill Akksul during the final confrontation. If Ryder shoots, Jaal will be angry with Ryder for not trusting him but he moves past it quickly. Akksul becomes a martyr and the Roekaar presence is increased.
