Encrypted Message is one of the datapads located on Elaaden. It is related to Search for the Stolen Remnant Drive Core. There are at least two copies, one at the crashed shuttle navpoint for the mission in the Sea of Ataraxia and one at the Scavenger Flophouse ("Misery").
