Dispatch: Crux is one of the datapads found in the Collective Base in the Draullir region on Kadara. There are multiple versions; content depends on whether Ryder first enters the base before or after completing High Noon and who Ryder sides with during that mission. There are two versions for siding with Reyes Vidal; content depends on which twin is Pathfinder.
