Water Supply is a heleus assignments mission. It is acquired from a Console at the top of a guard tower in Scavenger Flophouse ("Misery") on Elaaden.
Description[ | ]
Annea knows about a water source on Elaaden. Rather than share its location, she sells water to the planet's inhabitants, who then live and die by her whim. Looking into this situation would probably benefit all involved, as well as Elaaden's future residents.
You located the navpoint for Annea's secret water source—far out in the desert. Finding out how much water Annea has at her disposal and what more can be done with it could be beneficial.
You forced Annea to leave, and turned the water source over to the Initiative.

Ryder is given a choice: Take a bribe from Annea to allow her to keep control of the water source or defeat her and give control to the Initiative. Annea says she'll leave a tithe container in her office and implies that it will be restocked, but this may be bugged. The container is present and does have an inventory the first time Ryder checks. Subsequently, however, the container's "open" interaction doesn't actually open an inventory window. It's not clear if the container should work or if the interaction shouldn't be displayed at all.
If Ryder gives the water source to the Initiative, Annea can be found later in a camp in Gehenna Valley. After speaking with her, Annea and her guards will become hostile attacking Ryder. There is a revealed cache 
nearby that cannot be accessed until she has been defeated.
