Loot the container next to Dr. Aden before talking to him on Kadara as the container next to him will vanish after concluding the mission.
Whether Ryder speaks to Raeka or Hayjer depends on the choice made in Hunting the Archon.
Ryder will have the option of arresting Dr. Aden or setting him free in exchange for information. The rewards are the same in either case.
