Task: Roekaar Manifestos is an additional tasks mission. It is a collection mission acquired when the first datapad is found and read on Havarl.

There are six manifestos on datapads. The sites of discovery are fixed and the order of discovery is fixed, but they are not linked—it doesn't matter which site Ryder visits first, they will find the first manifesto there.
Two of the locations are mission-locked. Ryder can start this mission by finding any of the other four datapads but will be unable to finish until unlocking the mission-locked areas:
- Access to Thaldyr's locked house during Jaal Ama Darav: Friend or Foe?.
- The Roekaar camp in the north during Overgrown. Until progressing far enough in the Overgrown mission, the camp will not be there.
