Task: Path of a Hero is an additional tasks mission. It is acquired by reading Keri T'Vessa's email on the Tempest or by talking to Keri on the Nexus.

This mission can be started by the ghost mission Nexus by passing nearby Keri T'Vessa.
If Ryder chooses conversation choices that are positive towards the Andromeda Initiative during Meet Keri, after the next interview with Keri, Keri lets Ryder know that Jarun Tann sent a "contribution" for your expenses. Ryder will be rewarded with 200 credits when the interview is over.
Flirting with Keri appears to lock Ryder into a fling with her, regardless of any romance interactions with other characters. Even if Ryder has committed to someone else before meeting Keri for the interview on the Remnant City, there is no opportunity to turn her down and the non-optional objective Meet Keri at the Vortex is assigned. Keri does appear outside the Vortex, so Ryder can do the interview about Meridian and gain the AVP and XP rewards for the task. But the objective to meet her at the Vortex remains and the task never completes. That meeting is completely scripted to end with Ryder going to her apartment.
It is possible to fail this mission by putting off talking to Keri for too long.
