Sleeping Dragons is a heleus assignments mission. It is acquired by approaching or passing by Hydroponics when returning to the Nexus after first visiting Aya during A Trail of Hope.

There appears to be a disturbance in Hydroponics. Investigate what’s happening there.
A group of protestors are demanding that their families be released from stasis. Speak with the Nexus leadership about how best to resolve the situation.

This mission can be started by the ghost mission Nexus by passing nearby the protesters in Hydroponics on the Nexus.
Ryder can side with the protestors or with Nexus leadership. Future conversations with Rhys will reflect the decision. There are no obvious positive or negative consequences of either choice.
Task: Cultivation cannot be completed until this mission is complete.
This mission fails if not completed before Meridian: The Way Home; the Journal states that the protestors grew more violent and were removed from Hydroponics by force.
