The Shotgun Spare Clip VIII can be found randomly in packs that contain Uncommon mods or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Shotgun Spare Clip VIII requires having the Shotgun Spare Clip VII.
