The Shotgun Heavy Spare Clip VIII can only be randomly found in Technical Mods Packs or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Shotgun Heavy Spare Clip VIII requires having the Shotgun Heavy Spare Clip VII.
