The Pistol Long Barrel V is automatically available as soon as Ryder reaches Level 31. This mod can be found during gameplay from Levels 31 - 40 at certain merchants, inside various containers, or on bodies of defeated enemies.

The Pistol Long Barrel V can only be randomly found in Technical Mods Packs or by purchasing a Random Weapon Mod (Rare) from the Store.
Acquisition of the Pistol Long Barrel V requires having the Pistol Long Barrel IV.
