The Kett Shuttle model becomes available after Ryder has spoken to Vehn Terev during Hunting the Archon and gained the ability to leave Kadara Port to venture out into the Badlands.

This model is available for purchase from Thrasia at the Wind Farm in Varren's Scalp on Kadara.
