The Collections Menu

Collections functions as a comprehensive inventory of all collectible items in multiplayer.

Mechanics[edit | edit source]

Collections is accessible from the Prestige menu. Each category is labeled with an icon; the name of the currently displayed category is shown at the top of the screen.

Collections lists on "cards" the status of all collectible items in multiplayer.

  • One side of the card shows a picture of the item, as well as the item type, name, current rank, and number in inventory (if applicable).
  • Cards can be flipped for detailed information. Some cards can be examined for additional Ranking Information.
  • Cards can be filtered by Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra Rare, Owned, or All.
  • Items that have yet to be collected will be greyed out with a small lock symbol Lock Only Map Icon.png but can still be viewed/flipped for all of the additional information.

When first starting multiplayer gameplay, only certain items will be unlocked for use. Claiming packs and/or purchasing items in the store will unlock additional items.

Items[edit | edit source]

There are seven categories of items that can be collected.

Characters[edit | edit source]

Characters

Each card shows one of the thirty-six character kits. The face of the card displays an image of the character, along with the name and current rank. Note that rank is not the same as level.

The reverse side of the card gives the rarity class, a brief description of the character's skills, and a short bio of the character.

Ranking information displays the benefits of each rank: armor customization and/or skill points.

Weapons[edit | edit source]

Weapons

Each card shows one of the fifty-nine basic weapons or a variant of a basic weapon. The face of the card displays an image of the weapon, along with the name and current rank. Weapon statistics increase with each rank.

The reverse side of the card gives a description of the weapon. Cards for special "S" versions and for variant weapons have longer descriptions and give information on the improved benefits.

Ranking information is the same for most weapon cards: "Additional ranks increase the statistics of this item." There are variations to this for the five weapons with an "S" version. These cards also include this information: "Special 'S' versions unlock after the base weapon reaches Rank 10". Note that there are no variants for the "S" versions.

Weapon Mods[edit | edit source]

Weapon Mods

Each card shows one of the twenty basic weapon mods or an upgraded variant of a weapon mod. The face of the card displays an image of the mod, along with the name and current rank. Weapon mod statistics increase with each rank.

The reverse side of the card gives the effects of the weapon mod, including penalties for upgraded weapon mod variants.

Ranking information can be shown by using the same control as for weapons and characters, even though the control is not displayed. Ranking information is the same for all weapon mod cards: "Additional ranks increase the statistics of this item."

Equipment[edit | edit source]

Equipment

Each card shows one of the thirty-two pieces of equipment. The face of the card displays an image of the equipment, along with the name. Equipment does not have ranks.

The reverse side of the card gives the effects of the equipment.

Boosters[edit | edit source]

Boosters

Each card shows one of the eighteen types of booster at one of four rarities, for a total of seventy-two cards. The item rarity corresponds to the rank. The face of the card displays an image of the booster, along with the name and rank. Boosters are consumable items; the number currently in inventory is shown to the left of the name.

The reverse side of the card gives the effects of the booster.

Boosters not currently in inventory are shown grayed out, with a lock symbol Lock Only Map Icon.png in the lower right corner.

Supplies[edit | edit source]

Supplies

Each card shows one of the four supplies. The face of the card displays an image of the supply item, along with the name. Supplies are consumable items; the number currently in inventory is shown to the left of the name.

The reverse side of the card gives the effects of the supply item.

Supplies not currently in inventory are shown grayed out, with a lock symbol Lock Only Map Icon.png in the lower right corner.

Nameplates[edit | edit source]

Nameplates

Each card shows one of the nameplates earned by completing major challenges. Earned nameplates are unlocked by claiming them in the Rewards section of the Store. Select a nameplate to display it behind your character in a match lobby. The equipped nameplate will show a green check mark Equipped Item Icon.png.
